Refund policy

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at Info@MAWXO.com and return the merchandise within 10 days from receipt of the package. Items must be returned in their original conditions and packaging, at the customer's cost, to MAWXO.com, 125 E Main St, #224, Kings Park, NY 11754.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will then send you a refund of your payment (shipping costs excluded) or exchange the item as you prefer.
• Please note that 1) personalized/customized products and gift boxes with live plants cannot be returned.
• Refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
